Hello and welcome to Shadow Mind Psychology. I am the Founder and Principle Psychologist of Shadow Mind Psychology.
I am dedicated to providing high quality psychological services that are tailored specifically to meeting the needs of my clients across multiple sectors.
I work with young people and adults who find themselves navigating life transitions, workplace stressors, and interpersonal challenges, including family and relationships stress and trauma, and major life transitions.
My background in corporate and organisational psychology means I often support professionals, business owners, and leaders to perform best in their work.

My approach is warm, relaxed, motivating, and non-judgmental. I aim to create a safe and supportive space where people can explore difficult experiences, thoughts, and emotions at their own pace.
